Sue Cook, 67, passed away on Wednesday July 25, 2007.  Sue attended North Texas State in Denton, Texas as well as West Texas State in Canyon, Texas.  Sue was a 40-year resident of El Paso, employed at UTEP for 38 years as an Administrative Assistant.  She is greatly missed by her husband, Richard Cook, and their sons Darryl and Michael, daughter-in-law Tricia, grandson Max Ryan Cook, Sue's brother Tommy Thompson, sister-in-law Pam, nephew Jody Thompson and his wife Patty, Sue's nieces Jennifer and Tracy Robbins, great nephew Eric Thompson, brother-in-law Teri Robbins and sister-in-law Mary Ann Robbins.  Sue and Richard's 49th anniversary was in May. 

A Memorial Service was held on Saturday July 28, 2007 at the Sunset Funeral Home East, located at 750 N. Carolina Dr.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mariposa Hospice, 2001 N. Oregon, El Paso, Texas 79912.
